Garlic infusion
This natural ingredient offers enormous benefits: it’s rich in vitamins and minerals and supports heart health. One of the most important properties of garlic tea is its powerful, natural antibiotic properties, ideal for treating any infection or inflammation of the pancreas.
To prepare the infusion, which should be drunk every morning on an empty stomach, you will need: 1 clove of garlic, 200 ml of water, 1 pinch of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Boil water, chop the garlic, and add it along with the ginger. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, then add lemon juice and honey before drinking.
